My day at PaperSource was like me being a kid all over again in a candy store with an infinite supply of treats with bright colors, different sizes for different personalities all ready for me to consume. It was hard to buy the entire store so I had to just settle on a few things.
As the new year is approaching I wanted to focus my concentration on improving my planning style…and trust me you will have to focus once you walk into the store because you will fall in love with everything. Here is a look at the items I grabbed to perfect my space (Planner).
Why I love Paper Source? Stores like paper source were pretty much non- existent in the past 10 years or so. It was difficult to find a novelty store where you could get personalized stationary, wedding invitations, gifts, gift wrapping paper, crafting supplies all in one place and if they existed they were these huge retailers/chains and that small wonderful boutique type feeling that we use to have was gone. I was impressed to see that Paper Source brought that experience back. I remember as a child loving to go to craft stores in DTLA with my mom and we would just go crazy and have so much fun. Many of those stores no longer exist today so I was happy to see that they are back and thriving.
They had planners in all sizes, shapes, and colors to meet everyone's planning style. There was just way to many to choose from.
Here are just a few other things that you can pick up at your local Paper Source store.
- personalized stationery
- wedding invitations
- custom announcements
- calendars and planners
- distinctive gifts
- gift wrap
- fine papers
- greeting cards
- party supplies
- paper craft kits
- crafting supplies
According to PaperSouce,
"their goal is to inspire you to do something creative every day".
I think it is wonderful to spend some time out of your busy day to just tap into your creative side and let your inner child come out. If every day feels like a little too much then try once a week or once a month. It will do wonders for the spirit.
Paper Source also provide workshops monthly in their stores as well as personalized workshop sessions for small groups. Finally, their crafting tutorial ‘s https://www.youtube.com/user/papersourcevideo teaches crafting techniques and tricks to inspire your next project.
