An Effective Planner System? Have your ever truly found one? Do you have to settle on just one?
I would say the answer is NO to all of these. The great thing about life is that you can always switch it up. Do not just settle on one thing, and stay stuck. If your system does not work then it just does not work. Half the battle is admitting that you are doing something that is not working and just move on. No love lost. One of the things that I want to encourage my readers is to not stay stuck. Do not stay stuck if it is not effective, if it does not pull you or motivate you then you do not have to continue to use it. Stay in your truth!!!So if you are looking for a new system then go for it. If it works use it and if it does not move on to the next tool! If you are looking for an organization system the planner pad system might be just for you.
As you all know, I love organization and I have found this program to be excellent. The system/planner is called the Planner Pad. You can find this program on plannerpads.com. This program boasts about saving you an hour a day and let me tell you it has saved me a few hours per day. I am someone who has about a million tasks to do a day and I never get them done. This planning system allows me to do just that. It has a great funneling organization process. Even if you do not purchase a planner pad planner or app the system offers some great tips about organization that you can easily incorporate in your goal setting process.
The system calls for 3 basic steps:
Why I love this System!
What I love about this planner/organization system is that they also have an electronic app. I personally was not attracted to the paper system because well let me tell I like to have color in my planners (if you check out a reviewers take on this organizational tool she incorporated color into her paper system) that I use. The paper system is very minimalistic as one reviewer described it. It is black and white and quite easy to follow. Sometimes things just need to be simplistic when you are organizing your goals. The difference with this system is that it does not just offer pops of color but an actual way to organize your professional, personal, and life goals. Despite all of this, I was not drawn to their paper system. However, that does not mean you might not. Please see below for the video on the organization system tool app. You can also find a video on all of their paper systems listed at the end of the review.
So How much does great tool cost?
It ranges from $30 - 60 for the paper organizing systems. The app costs about $49 per year and can connect to all of your electronic devices. It does link to you gmail for contacts but does not populate events from your gmail onto your PlannerPad calendar. This would be an amazing feature that I think they should try to consider adding.... and that is why I just cannot get rid of my Gmail. So what I have done with this particular system is I first organize myself on the Planner Pad app and then I utilize my gmail to organize specific events for the day after they have been outlined and developed on Planner Pad app. On Sunday nights I organize my week and every evening I organize my day using the Planner Pad app. This system is effective with giving you tools to organize your day and get the things you did not think you had time for in!

What Are Other Reviewers Saying?
I wanted to take a look at other reviewers to get their impressions about the Panner Pad application. Many of the reviews felt that there was not enough space on the paper Planner Pad paper organization system to fully write out their goals completely. However, there was another reviewer who found the space was sufficient. I also may add that this is not a journal space for your goal free writing. Those goals need to be developed in a sense before you use this system. I can do a review later to help you do some goal free writing, if that is what you need. This system is not for that. If you would like another reviewers take on the application please go to Clarissa's review https://youtu.be/v99P0F8l0R8. She is an excellent reviewer for all things organization and college if that makes any sense. All other reviews were pretty mixed. I honestly think you should take a look at it and see if it works for you. You are your own best reviewer!!! I want to encourage all of my readers to be reviewers and in fact be a contributor to this blog or start your own!
